Our content analysts examine your source files to identify the best way to localize your content and automate the processes of file transfer and string QA.
3 Scope, schedule, and costs We work with you to determine the exact scope of work required. Together, we then set the project schedule and finalize costs.
We assign your dedicated Program Manager who will lead a team of Project Managers. They will guide your project from here.
The custom team for your project will depend on the scope of work. It will normally include expert software translators and our in-house tech team, plus other experts as required.
6 Process recommendations We identify the most efficient way for us to receive content from you and deliver the translated versions. We will recommend ways we can make the localization process more streamlined and cost effective. This starts the process of continuous improvement that is a key benefit of working with Rubric.
7 Software localization begins Your project team will get to work. By this stage, every software localization project looks different, as we have catered the process to your unique needs.
