Rubric Announces Expert Localization Panel

Localization experts from Oracle, Adobe, VMware and other Silicon Valley firms to speak at the next Rubric "Birds of a Feather" Breakfast event

London, Boston, San Jose — July 10, 2008 — Localization (L10N) and globalization (G18N) experts will form a panel at the next Rubric-sponsored breakfast meeting of Silicon Valley localization professionals.

"Top technology companies know the ropes of localization," said Ian Henderson, CEO of Rubric. "So does Rubric. Rubric is bringing together some of the brightest minds involved in product and marketing localization into an expert panel, and inviting others to ask these gurus how to better manage localization projects."

Rubric has recruited experts from Oracle, Adobe, VMware, Fair Isaac and Plaxo into a panel for the next Rubric Localization "Birds of a Feather" Breakfast. Attendees will have a chance to ask the panelists how they manage their localization projects and will also network with their peers throughout the morning.

"Sharing expertise is a Rubric corporate activity," said Françoise Spurling, Rubric's COO. "Our breakfast events are designed to share insights from Rubric and between Silicon Valley localization professionals. This panel, composed of Rubric customers from industry-leading companies, will bring a wealth of tactical and strategic thinking about making technology usable around the world."

The next Rubric Localization "Birds of a Feather" breakfast is scheduled for September 17, 2008 in Santa Clara, California. Anyone interested in attending can contact Cynthia Lunk, Rubric's Silicon Valley regional representative, at cynthia.lunk@rubric.com.
