Rubric Delivers Growth in 2003
Localization firm continues financial leadership; achieves ninth straight year of profitability
Monday, January 19, 2004
Rubric, a leading provider of localization, translation and testing services, has announced strong results for fiscal 2003 (which ended on November 30, 2003), with a record number of new customer wins in the face of a difficult economic climate. For the ninth consecutive year, Rubric achieved profitability by winning significant new business and expanding its relationship with existing customers. Rubric's North American bookings in the fourth quarter were an 80% increase over the prior year's fourth quarter.
Rubric fueled its strong results by maintaining a laser-like focus on customer service, supporting increased demand for its software testing services, and adding a record number of technology and medical customers to the company's client base over the past year. During the year, Rubric expanded both the number of corporate offices as well as the company's global network of specialist resources. Continuing the momentum, Rubric will be adding an additional project management office in the US in Q1 2004.
"Our growing customer base of market leaders affirms Rubric's commitment to our customers' localization success," said Tom Shapiro, Rubric's VP of Strategic Business Development. "By enabling these companies to do more with less, and to deliver the biggest return on their localization investment, we are helping them to extend their global reach, strengthen their global brand equity and increase global revenue."
