Rubric, a leading localization and translation services provider, made major gains in strategic markets during the first half of fiscal year 2002. During the period there was especially strong demand for Rubric's localization and translation services in the areas of:

In the area of programming languages, Rubric continued to be a major supplier of localization for large-scale, complex Java and XML projects. In the area of documentation translation, Rubric continued to process large volumes of Framemaker and HTML projects. Rubric's fiscal year began on December 1, 2001 and the first half ended on May 31, 2002.
