Bottom Up, an on-line e-zine that assists high technology ventures build successful businesses, has named Rubric to its team of high tech experts as part of the company's virtual valley. The virtual valley's mission is to create an on-line community dedicated to nurturing the high tech sector. This forum enables businesses, regardless of geographic location, access to information and advice from dozens of experts.
